Providing Food Vouchers to Needy Families

As the health sector in Gaza works to contain the spread of COVID-19, which is unprecedented in its scale and reach, the suffering of the residents in Gaza increases due to the lockdown. Many peddlers and daily-paid workers were affected as they stay helpless at their houses, unable to cover the essentials of their families. Al-Majd for development provided food vouchers to number of disadvantaged families along the Gaza Strip to help provide food items for their children during such trying times. The families came to the supermarket and received their vouchers and chose their needs.
