MUSA 7 years old from Khan Younes

Musa lives with his parents, sister, and two brothers. A few months ago, his mother gave birth to a baby boy. The family lives in an owned house that is roofed with zinc plates. It is poorly furnished and it is too small to accommodate the six family members. The house consists of only one room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The father works irregularly in farming and his income is not enough to cover the family’s living and medical expenses. Musa is in the first grade and he is an excellent student. He is performing well in all subjects and he is one of the top students in his class. In his free time, he enjoys playing football. When he grows up, he would like to be a doctor. Musa and his parents are in good health. His brother, Hashim, suffers from inflammation of the ear and needs treatment. His sister, Insaf, suffers from intoeing and needs medical shoes. Musa and his family are one of the long lists of families in the Gaza strip which Interpal sponsors, to ensure they and other needy people in Gaza have suitable and humanitarian life, in which it enables them to ensure regular food, medication, and education for all family members.
